Contracting in WordPress can bring you many advantages – it can bring you the opportunity to work in a broader range of sites than you might experience at one employer, and your hourly rate will be considerably higher.

We are an ethics driven company, so operate on the basis of complete transparency with our margins, ranging from 10% to 20% depending on contract duration. Also, because of our reputation and the fact that all our contractors have to be vetted, we can pay you a better rate than would be possible if you worked through a non-specialist agency.

David and James, who founded the company, were both contractors for many years. We know what it’s like, and we’ll do everything we can to provide you with the best possible working conditions. Cancellation terms, for example, are symmetrical, and we do not lock you in to any long term commitments to us.
