		<description>That&#039;s why comments are so useful in web authoring. If someone is considerate in using them, you can find exactly what they&#039;ve done, and where they&#039;ve done it. Granted, I only do it when I include scripts or mashup materials (ie last.fm lists, twitter tweets and such), rather than simple, static HTML, but since dynamic content is often the offender because it requires a more in-depth knowledge base, it&#039;s definitely worth highlighting it.</description>
