First draft of a logo.

The inaugural Liverpool WordPress Interest Group (affectionately known as SWIG) is holding it’s first meeting at the interconnect/it offices on the 30th of March 2011 at 6:30pm. This will be an initially casual meeting, with chatter about WordPress, nibbles and drinks, and a discussion to set out the future pattern of SWIG meetings. There may even be a small presentation covering an aspect of WordPress.

Current Agenda:

  1. Welcome and Introductions
  2. Brief discussion of group aims
  3. Setting of future dates
  4. Discuss location
  5. Logo, branding and naming
  6. Agree future topics of discussion
  7. Brief presentation by interconnect/it staff member
  8. Drinks and open forum

Boooo! :D But I’m going to take a little educated guess, which will most likely be at the wrong end of the scale! Up there in the post was talks of drinks, and you take a SWIG of your beer? — OK, bad I know, I’m away to crawl back under my rock!

Not this time David! Staying about 20 miles outside Edinburgh, I have the hastle of getting into Edinburgh first, before even looking at times for a train sadly. I’d love to make it once though!
